Had a call asking about a spa tripping the RCD inside the switchboard. Located a leaking element shorting dangerously, but because of the safety switch (RCD) no harm was ever possible to the customer.
Tracked down a part and fitted it, along with a little help cleaning / filling the spa (bit of the extra mile for our customers) she was ready for the weekend. (The Spa)
